Shipping policy

At BenBel Pet Bakery, we want to make sure your furry friend’s treats arrive fresh, fast, and safe! All orders are shipped from Melbourne.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

You’ll be notified if there’s any delay due to stock or high volume.

We offer Express Shipping only via Australia Post to ensure the best possible delivery time and product quality.

Please allow a little extra time for remote or regional areas.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel’s journey.

We care about quality! We do not ship during extremely hot weather to avoid any damage to our treats. We’ll notify you of any weather-related delays.

Please double-check your shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges.

We carefully pack every order with love and care, but once it’s with Australia Post, it’s out of our paws! If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to Australia Post directly to lodge a claim.
